Bethlehem Township volunteer firefighters pride themselves on excellence and serving the beautiful community of Bethlehem Township. Established in 1946, BTVFC historically has had the most up to date equipment and fire trucks available. The state of the art facility provides exceptional live-in quarters, kitchen, showers, meeting rooms, training rooms, and lounges to relax.

BTVFC has over 50 volunteers providing fire suppression, vehicle rescue, water rescue, technical rescue and search and rescue. Fire/Rescue average over 900 calls a year. Bethlehem Township Vol. Fire Company is always looking for volunteers to join our team.

Volunteer firefighters can start their careers with BTVFC as junior members at the age of 14 and can join with no prior experience. You can advance from a junior member to an active adult member after becoming 18 years of age, and then become a life member after 15 years of service. We hold member training every Monday evening. BTVFC volunteers are also involved in various community outreach programs.
