EMS Bike Team

Bethlehem Township VFC is proud to introduce our EMS Bike Team.

The Bethlehem Twp VFC EMS Bike Team was established for the purpose of providing superior pre-hospital medical services to the citizens and visitors of Bethlehem Township.

The goals of the Program are as follows:

• Provide rapid access pre-hospital emergency medical services to the community

• Increase community awareness and education about bicycle and helmet safety

The bike team is available for your Lehigh Valley area community events and activities.  Each team will consist of a Paramedic and an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) on bikes along with a supporting Ambulance.  The bikes allow the team to better maneuver crowds and rough terrain where motorized vehicles may not be able to go.

An EMS bike team is ideal for parades, carnival and festivals or any event where the public is out and about.

If your organization is interested in having the bike team at your event please contact us at the below phone number or email address.
