July 19 at 14:41 hours units were dispatched to a tractor trailer rollover with entrapment on Rt 33 southbound at Rt 78.  The driver of the truck self extricated out the windshield and was taken to the hospital.  The truck was laying on its side and had a minor leak of engine fluids.  The cargo, 32,000 pounds of lighter fluid, was not damaged in the accident.  Units provided traffic control and hazard mitigation until PennDot and Easton Auto body assumed control of the scene.  The cargo had to be manually offloaded prior to up righting the truck.  1741, 1712, 1412, 1413, 1341, 1786 responded.
