Small mulch fire

Station 17 and 14 departments were dispatched to a smoke investigation on Freemansburg Ave. 1752 and 1457 were investigating and found a mulch fire in one of the piles at the mulch plant. Fire stations 12,14,17 and 63 were redispatched to extinguish the fire. Crews pulled apart the mulch while wetting down the area. The call lasted approximately one hour and half
