Crews from Bethlehem Twp. Fire and Road Crew Aid Flood Ravaged Restaurant

Crews were dispatched at 9:55 AM on March
2, 2007 to the Candlelight Inn and Blue Wine and Grill Bar to assist
with flooding conditions. Upon arrival of Deputy Fire Chief Rick
Hasonich, a call was made to the road crew to remove sewer grates that
were blocked by ice and debris. Public Works Chief Richard Grube arrived
with a full crew of employees with heavy equipment. Crews shifted the water into the open grates to prevent damaging the restaurant. Crews remained on scene until threat as removed. Photos Courtesy of Dennis Wetherhold |
