FIRE STATIONS 17 & 14 DISPATCHED TO GARBAGE TRUCK FIRE
 

 

 A garbage truck fire summoned the fire companies on February 2, 2007 at 0845 hrs. E1711 arrived within 5 min. with a crew of 4, and began suppression efforts. Nancy Run Ast. Fire Chief Jamie Hauze assumed 17 command, and held all units at station with the exception of E1711. Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire, and had extensive overhaul. Crews cleared within 1 hour.
